Position Overview

We are looking for a Part-Time Radiation Safety Consultant to join our consulting team.


This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys solving regulatory challenges, conducting technical evaluations, and working with a wide range of industrial technologies.

This is a part-time consulting position and does not include benefits.

What You’ll Work On

In this role, you’ll be involved in:

Regulatory & Licensing

Perform radiation safety program surveys, evaluations, and compliance audits at client facilities.

Training & Reporting

Deliver radiation safety training and prepare clear, professional technical reports.

Regulatory Research

Research US NRC, US FDA, Agreement State, and international radiation protection regulations.

Client Consulting

Provide technical guidance for industrial X-ray, radioactive materials, and laser safety programs.

Field & Remote Work

Balance remote consulting tasks with on-site visits and field-based assessments.

Requirements and Preferred  Background

Applicants must hold a valid US driver’s license, be comfortable with domestic travel within the United States, and have authorization to work in the United States. We’re particularly interested in professionals with experience in industrial radiation safety, health physics, or regulatory compliance, especially those familiar with industrial X-ray or radioactive materials programs. Training and survey equipment will be provided to support your work.
